So I'm watching Lloyd on CTV...

...and there's yet another piece regarding the Liberal Party of Toronto accusing the Harper government of being negligent by sole-sourcing the contract for the flu vaccine to GlaxoSmithKline.

That sounds bad, right? I mean, why would any sensible organisation put all their eggs in one basket like that?

Wait a minute, though... what's this? Turns out the 10 year, 300 million dollar plus contract was actually awarded, back in the day, by the government of one Teflon Jean Chretien.

And that's not all. Turns out the company that got the contract also made a one-time $50,000 plus donation to... you guessed it... the Liberal Party of Canada.

Apparently, the Fiberals have done so many shady things over the years... they can't keep track of them.

Oh yeah... strangely enough... not a mention of this on the CTV website as of 11:45pm. I'm seeing the other stories from the nightly newscast... but not this one.

Funny how that works.
