A LITTLE SANITY AMONGST THE DAILY LITANY OF 'PROGRESSIVE' MADNESS...

-- "Christopher Husbands, the man behind the deadly 2012 Eaton Centre shooting that left two men dead, has been denied parole after more than a decade in prison. Several others were injured, including a 13-year-old boy who was struck in the head by a stray bullet while shopping with his mother." --

Send him back to Guyana.

And in progressive Ontario, you can get away with murder...

-- "Superior Court Justice Clayton Conlan has stayed first-degree murder charges against three men in an alleged 'execution-style' killing. The three men were accused of fatally shooting Arman Dhillon and attempting to kill a woman in Oakville, Ont. " --

Infamous Eaton Centre shooter Christopher Husbands will have a parole hearing later this month — just six years after he was found guilty of two counts of manslaughter in the deaths of Ahmed Hassan, 24, and Nixon Nirmalendran, 22.
And don't get me started on Connor Stevenson.

ONTARIO COURT DENIES EATON CENTER SHOOTERS APPEAL

-- "The shooting claimed the lives of 24-year-old Ahmed Hassan and 22-year-old Nixon Nirmalendran, and left a 13-year-old boy seriously injured after he sustained a gunshot wound to the head. In the appeal of his sentence, Husbands’ lawyers made a number of arguments, including that the trial judge applied the 'wrong test' for determining whether Husbands PTSD was linked to his criminal conduct." --

"Ibrahim Khiar, 33, was arrested Wednesday — charged with numerous weapons offences in addition to murder charges for two deadly shootings eight months apart."
And it's not Ibrahim's first rodeo...
In Aug. 2012, Khiar was one of six alleged gunmen sought by the TPS Gun and Gang Task Force in the days leading up to that year’s Caribbean Carnival parade.
Obviously, the only way to stop Ibrahim and his ilk is for Justin Trudeau to make guns "super-double-illegal."

This is Shakeil Wheatle’s second murder of an innocent stranger in the Lawrence Heights community. Both victims were unarmed, law-abiding men with no criminal records.

Wheatle’s lawyer, Gabriel Gross-Stein, offered an apology to the Engelbrecht family on behalf of his client. The judge suggested it might have more meaning if it came from Wheatle himself — but he declined the opportunity.
Wheatle, Wheatle... that sounds so familiar.

California, where a gunman killed 12 people in a bar in Thousand Oaks on Wednesday night, has some of the strictest gun laws in the country.
The authorities had the shooter examined for mental illness back in April... and then just let him go with firearms privileges intact. Just like Canada's "catch & release" legal apparatus, the system failed.

You don't stop drunk driving by banning cars.

A Superior Court jury has found Shakeil Wheatle guilty of first-degree murder, based largely on the co-operation of a star witness who risked his life to help police solve the killing of an innocent man. It was the third time Wheatle has stood trial for the July 19, 2012, killing of Daniel Davis, 27, shot eight times by three men behind an elementary school in Flemington Park, near Lawrence Ave. W. and Allen Rd.

Three eight special, just boom, boom, boom. Just giving it to the man,” he said in the recording played to jurors.

Wheatle is still scheduled to stand trial for the murder of Marvin Engelbrecht, who was fatally shot a few months after, and up the street from where, Davis was killed.

Staff-Inspector Greg McLane confirmed that the violence was the result of an altercation between members of the Malvern Crew and the Galloway Boys, notorious Scarborough street gangs. A Malvern Crew member was denied entry to the party - which the officer said had been taken over by the Galloway Boys - and went to get reinforcements.

Shaquan Mesquito, whose street name is Bam Bam, is facing two counts of first-degree murder, one count of attempted murder, 24 counts of aggravated assault and one of reckless discharge of a firearm.
How many social workers you think it would have taken to keep Bam Bam on the straight and narrow?
