The Crown has withdrawn manslaughter charges against Cameron Gardiner, a 59-year-old man from Collingwood, Ont., who shot and killed two masked men who zip-tied and held him at gunpoint in a chaotic home invasion.
Three masked men forced their way into his home. One was wearing a clown mask; the other a balaclava; and the third had a scarf pulled up to his eyes. One of the men was armed with a sawed-off shotgun.
TWO OUT OF THREE AIN'T BAD:
In the end, two men lay dead in the snow in the backyard, both shot in the chest. They were later identified as Dean Copkov, 52, and Donovan Bass, 42.
ADDING INSULT TO INJURY:
"The Crown originally pursued second-degree murder charges."
Remember, Gardiner spent six months in jail awaiting bail.

The process is the punishment.

Peter Khill must now face the ordeal of another lengthy courtroom trial. This is both sad and distressing. It’s probably also unavoidable in a time where those who don’t know any of the facts stridently insist all court decisions must be rendered based on the race of the victim, not the victim’s actions that directly resulted in their untimely death.
COMPARE AND CONTRAST:
A Lyft driver, who was legally armed, shot a 14-year-old boy in Philadelphia over the weekend, when one of two boys, ages 14 and 15, brandished a gun and threatened the man as the two tried to steal his car.
Like Cameron Gardiner, he chose not to be a victim.

And, as a result, he went home safe to his family.

"The Federal Liberal riding association in Carleton are accusing Conservative MP Pierre Poilievre of being a white supremacist.
In a tweet posted on Thursday, the Liberals allege Poilievre is wearing a white supremacy symbol on his sweater."
Here's something Justin's lapdogs overlooked...
"Even more ironic, the founder of the Oilsands Strong is Metis."

A Minnesota dinner theater has cancelled its plans to perform a production of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s "Cinderella" because the cast was essentially too white.
Chanhassen’s artistic director, Michael Brindisi, decried the racial makeup of the cast.
"It was 98 percent white," he told the St. Paul Pioneer Press. "That doesn’t work with what we’re saying we’re going to do."
DANGEROUS ALT-RIGHT EXTREMIST DISAGREES:
"I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character," said the dangerous, alt-right extremist, according to sources.

"WE CALL THAT BULL NANCY PELOSI..."

TIME TRAVEL WITH ME TO 1975:
Nearly half a century before igniting the current border crisis, Joe Biden tried to keep another group of immigrants out of the United States.
And why isn't anybody asking President Grandad about his "anti-busing" legislation?

Racism Finally Over!!!

I'M WITH COMEDIAN CHRIS ROCK:insert alt text here
"I pray that this event ends global warming the same way that Live Aid ended world hunger."

RELATED:   Yeah, sure... let's drill down a little

WAIT JUST A COTTON-PICKIN' MOMENT:

According to the Oakland Equity Index, “around 8 percent of the city’s white residents, approximately 10,000 people, live in poverty.”
The city’s statement does not make any mention of assistance for poor white families.
Are we gonna eliminate racism... or just put it under new management?

Train your mind...

...and put something good in it...
You don’t know very much at this stage in your life and hardly anything that is worthwhile. This is true even if you were born in Toronto. Being young and not yet mature you probably think you know how to think. Obviously this is wrong.
In truth, as far as intellectual competence goes, there are very slender grounds to distinguish your thinking from that of a turnip. Harsh, alas, but true. Your resolution however is to fix that.
For which, much applause. This is to your praise and honour.

Crowder TAKES OVER...

...Biden's 1st Press Conference!insert alt text hereUPDATE:    So, here's a couple of immediate concerns...
One... and I wish I was joking here...
Starts to wander away from the podium in the middle of a question.
Two...
Re:  Boulder shooting - gets asked a very specific question about "Gun Manufacture Liability."
Responds with lengthy, rambling non-sequitor about the nation's infrastructure... bridges, roads... even water fountains in schools.
Unfuckingbelieveable.

MEDIA WHITEWASHES THE POLITBURO:

Not a word about his strange mid-question walkabout.
insert alt text here
And then this...
Asked about gun violence following two high-profile mass shootings in the past week, 'BIDEN PIVOTED' and said his next push will be on infrastructure.
The fix is in, folks.

IT'S ALL MONKEY BUSINESS:
President Biden referenced "cheat sheets" detailing key policy points and the identities of attending journalists when he conducted the first formal press conference of his presidency on Thursday.
In another photo, Biden was seen consulting a sheet that appeared to show the pictures and news outlets of journalists who attended his press conference.
Some of the pictured reporters had a circled number next to their images.
I KNOW WHAT QUESTION I WOULD'VE ASKED:
The incident has received scant attention, save for a report on the conservative website The Blaze.
That article focused on the state police decision not to file charges against either Hunter or Hallie Biden.

THE REAL PROBLEM IS ARCHITECTS

FIRST THEY CAME FOR FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT:
Of course, "Apartheid is a spatial logic"... and "The plantation becomes the ghetto"...
Architects often claim their designs are racially neutral without considering the kinds of systems and practices their buildings embody.
Those vile, racist bastards... I knew it.

Everybody brace for impact...
African Americans currently make up only about 2% of licensed architects.
Such is the racist shithole where I live.

I BLAME ABRAHAM LINCOLN:
Mayor Lori Lightfoot vowed Wednesday to confront the "hard truths of Chicago’s racial history."
Some stuff Mayor Lightweight is not confronting.
THE GREAT RESET IS PROCEEDING APACE:
"The volume of denunciations was so great, in fact, that the Gestapo actually had to ask people to stop reporting political crimes to them, because they were overwhelmed and found it impossible to process them all."

A powerful explosion rocked a residential building in Höganäs, Skåne County, in the early hours of Tuesday, smashing 60 windows and causing damage to 40 apartments.
Despite a surge in explosions and bombings in the last several years, Sweden has had a relatively poor record identifying and convicting suspects in bombing cases.
HOW ABOUT ANOTHER GRENADE AMNESTY?
"Facing a massive surge in gang-related crimes, in particular involving the use of hand grenades, police in Sweden have introduced a three-month-long amnesty for 'explosive goods'.”
From the comments...
"I love the smell of diversity in the morning."
MEANWHILE BACK AT THE BIO-LABORATORY:
The head of the Public Health Agency of Canada refused to explain to a House of Commons committee the specific reasons why a prominent Chinese Canadian scientist and her husband were fired by the country’s highest-security Level 4 laboratory after a police investigation.
Iain Stewart came under fire Monday from opposition MPs after he repeatedly refused to explain why PHAC terminated the employment of Dr. Xiangguo Qiu and her husband, Keding Cheng, in January.

The father of slain Boulder Police Officer Eric Talley said his son was a staunch supporter of the Second Amendment – and would have reportedly hated to see his death used for political purposes.
"Just because some wacko goes around shooting people doesn’t mean guns need to be taken away.  My son would have been deeply offended to know his death would be used to promote gun control."
MEANWHILE BACK AT THE RANCH:
"If the Trudeau government is serious about fixing the problem, it would forget about Bill C-21 and put more resources into targeting criminal gangs and gun smuggling."

MAYBE HE SHOULD CALL TRUMP

Gila Bend, Arizona Mayor Chris Riggs said his town declared a state of emergency after the Biden administration ignored multiple requests for assistance amid the growing U.S.-Mexico border crisis.
"We do not have the resources to handle all these people being dropped in on us by border patrol and we need help."

Secretary General of United Nations...

...was unavailable for comment...
NAIROBI (Reuters) - Kenya on Wednesday ordered the closure of two sprawling camps that host hundreds of thousands of refugees from neighbouring Somalia and gave the U.N. refugee agency (UNHCR) two weeks to present a plan to do so, the interior ministry said.
The camp was established three decades ago and was once the world's largest refugee camp.
What exactly is the United Nations good for?

"I can think of nobody who is better qualified to do this,” Biden said after making the announcement at the White House.
When she speaks, she speaks for me."
I think Joe is actually the last person to figure this out.

NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH MEMORY ISSUES:
"White House press secretary Jen Psaki claimed ignorance Wednesday of a widely publicized Senate report showing President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, receiving a transfer of $3.5 million from Russia."
