An Iranian convicted of bank robbery is one of hundreds of foreign criminals who may never be deported because their home countries won’t take them back, police say.
Mehdi Karimi-Arshad, 50, who has racked up 23 convictions since 1992, has been on an immigration hold since September 2004.
Front-line cops said Karimi-Arshad is not the only one thumbing his nose at police. They told the Toronto Sun the list includes 10 Cubans, six Iranians, several others from Iraq, Vietnam and Liberia who have lengthy criminal records and shouldn’t be in Canada.
So, somebody refresh my memory...
...when exactly did Canadians agree... to be everybody's cell-block bitch?
