Who exactly, were the brain-dead chimps... who didn't get to be student-body president?

Sadly, what Mr. Lefevre`s classes should focus more on is the ability to think for oneself, and the possibility that when both parties make a conscious decision, there are no victims.
Could the phrase "reach out to" please pass out of common usage immediately? Please.
