So criminals like this don't pay any attention to the laws? Amazing. I'm guessing the judge will issue another gun possession ban. Maybe this one will work.

as another reader has previously commented... our "justice" system has been reduced to shouting -- "stop... or i'll say stop again" -- or by favoring lifetime criminals over legitimate businessman.
i fear for my country.

I hate to suggest it,but, I just wonder if a short and comfy stay in one of our Correctional Facilities might not help to straighten the young victim-of-society out.
There, he could receive the love and companionship he obviously was deprived of in his unfortunate life.
Then, after a few months, fat and rested,he could rejoin society, and do the same thing all over again!

"dmorris says... a short and comfy stay"
sorry, this is dalton mcguinty's socialist paradise... a mythical land where there's no such thing as a bad boy.

Unfortunately, the politically correct legal (not justice) system says that we have to give this guy the benefit of the doubt. Again. And again. And again. The likelihood that he is going to shoot, and probably kill someone is high. Or get killed himself (or both).
Of course, the left won't take any responsibility for this "catch and release". Its all Mike Harris' fault for not building all those basketball courts.
The scary thing (can't find the press release right now) was a 17 year old caught with a gun...and he already had a firearm ban. At 17. Geezus....
