Well, calling him Officer Bubbles is a lot politer than calling him Officer A--hole.

Anyone who considers contact with soap bubbles to be an assault deserves everything he gets. And yes, I would call him "Officer Bubbles" to his face. What a pathetic excuse for a police officer.

He lists his occupation as "I take out the human garbage". Nice attitude wouldn't you say? Also he says that he loves to make people laugh. He seems to be rather good at that I would say, He made me laugh....at him.

According to a couple of reports I have read she was not arrested by Officer Bubbles (name well deserved) at the time of the video being taken. She was arrested later in the day for some other alleged incident. As far as I know Officer Bubbles was not the arresting officer.
