Bright lights, big city...

...never a dull moment...
-- TORONTO -- Police have released security images of a man they would like to question about the murder of a 29-year-old last week.

Benjamin Owusu Brefo died in hospital on March 28, hours after police found him shot behind a low-rise building at 4 Kingston Rd., just north of Queen Street East.
Meanwhile, in other "violent crime is down" news...
Gangster Shawn Anthony Vassel was to learn Monday about his parole eligibilty following his conviction for gunning down a rival dealer during a drug ripoff. But prosecutor Brian McGuire’s sickness caused sentencing proceedings to be postponed.

Following a complicated eight-week trial a jury found him guilty last month of the 2007 second-degree murder of Mississauga dealer Husam Dagheim.

Justice Michael Tulloch sentenced Vassel to a mandatory life term.
Get out while you still can.
