It was a dark and stormy night...
That madman Stephen Harper... he never just "states" anything, it's always a furious explosion...
ALEXANDER PANETTA - Canadian Press -In a stark contrast...
OTTAWA — Prime Minister Stephen Harper has lashed out at the Bloc Quebecois and accused it of political opportunism for threatening to trigger an election over Afghanistan.
Mr. Duceppe warns... Mr. Duceppe told... Mr. Duceppe said...If you are as excited about Mr. Panetta's journalistic flourishes as I am, you could write to his boss and share your thoughts.

That is pretty funny. I can't even imagine Harper "lashing out".
I was watching CPAC today when he said that, and describing it as "lashing out" wouldn't be the right phrase; that's so politically loaded it's not even funny. "Called out" would be more appropriate for what PMSH said against "Mr" Duceppe.
Hey kids, it's the latest craze... let's all vilify Stephen Harper.
"An unnamed Liberal spokesperson, today compared Stephen Harper to the Bubonic Plague, which swept through the medieval world killing millions of people..."

Funny, when I think of writing news stories, I thought we should just stick with 'said' and what-not.
Besides, if we wanna be biased, can't we use the 'lashing out' context on the seperatists? Last time I checked, they were the bad guys.
this panetta guy has to be a real dufus... i think he's the guy who went a few rounds with kathy shaidle.
Gosh its nice to breathe fresh air and leave the stuffy quarters of the left wing blog sites.
I just came from Red Tory where folks are busily making fun of Stock Day, or should I say "Doris" (ho,ho,ho).
The MSM is running the show and I don't think there is much PMSH can do about it. There is no way he can get balanced press and the Canadian public is too dim to know the difference.
Sadly, we may be watching the last great PM strut his stuff. The media massages the message and without their pen, PMSH gets no press at all.
They have decided that the CPC isn't for them and that mean's it isn't for Canada.
sadly,
