then we could convince them to separate, declare war, and cleanse it with nuclear fire.
Toronto hasn't been a part of Canada for awhile, most Toronto residents never seem to visit Canada....
If Toronto did become a separate province what would they call the part of the country outside Toronto. You can be sure Torontonians would lay claim to the name Canada, right? They already think Canada lies within Toronto city limits. The rest of us have never mattered.
After putting that massive security wall around Toronto, do you think we could fill it with water?

the truth is, for the rest of canada... there is already a sort of invisible wall around toronto.
and the residents have done a very good job of constructing it themselves.
