German-Canadian businessman and arms lobbyist Karlheinz Schreiber is to appear in German court Tuesday to be formally read the fraud, corruption and tax evasion charges that could land him a 15-year jail sentence, an official said Monday. And, curiously, ol' Karlheinz isn't getting the journalistic "free ride" he got from Canadian media...
One German journalist who has covered Schreiber’s activities in both Germany and Canada said the trial could lead to new testimony that could be controversial in both countries.*
“Knowing Schreiber, he is someone who has a strategic relationship with the truth."
"He uses truth and facts whenever it’s helpful for him,” said Lars von Torne, who writes for the Berlin-based daily Tagesspiegel.

Interesting from his comments that he learned nothing from sitting in to hear that responsible public officials continued to reject his proposals. He still believes that he has entitlements and thought that his expensive lawyers could work their magic forever. Yhank you Department of (Real) Justice.
Got one of 'em, eh?
Yha, got one James, but I doubt Chretien will ever be held accountable.

the real lesson here is that it took ten years to deport an extremely unsympathetic white-collar carpetbagger that all parties couldn't wait to see the back of.
now imagine deporting some random homicidal sociopath the leftbots have adopted as their next systemic racism poster child.

Mixed messages in the media-
KHS and wife arrived by taxi to the detention center-
KHS was not present at the hearing-
Wife upset and will follow-
Not known if wife will go to Germany as she might be questioned.
Fife's comment was missing from the ctv national last night.
All we know for sure is KHS is back in Germany, and it is a big story there.
Greenspan unlikely to go to assist as he doesn't speak German.
I want to know when Harvey booked his flight, to be there when KHS arrived.
