-- TORONTO -- Two 16-year-old youths are in hospital with gunshot wounds after a hail of bullets were fired in an area outside a Scarborough housing complex that was crowded with people escaping the heat this evening.That Hogtown... it's a happenin' place...
One teen was shot in the face and another twice in the stomach but both were in non-life threatening condition.
Police have three other youths in custody, suspects in the shooting.
Earlier in the day, four other people were hurt in gunplay in separate incidents.**********
One man was shot in the face on Mount Olive Drive, near Finch Avenue and Martin Grove Road at around 9 p.m. The 26-year-old is recovering at Sunnybrook hospital.
Police also received a report of a teenaged girl being hit in the leg with a bullet after gunshots rang out on Tretheway Drive, near Eglinton Avenue and Black Creek Drive.

Toronto police say they have identified two suspects wanted in the murder of Sebastian Herrera, a young man who fell victim to a random robbery and attack in downtown Toronto late last month.*
Police are looking for suspects Marvin Jerrett, 22, and Jeffrey Larsen, 28. Both are known to frequent the downtown Toronto area.
Both are wanted for first-degree murder and attempted murder.

fern... i lived in don mills until i was nine. i worked downtown for 6 years.
i returned to toronto after being away for 5 years and did another 5 in scarborough.
now i've moved away again and this time... i'm never coming back.
i heartily recommend moving out to the sticks... to everyone.

Ah, Toronto, the envy of the world ... NOT!
I left quite some time ago, and never looked back or returned. In fact, unless someone pays me to, I won't travel back to TO ever!
Public-service announcement:
Tourists take note: don't spend your money in TO (then again, you wouldn't spend it: some ethnic gang member would kill you and then take all your money).
See the rest of Canada, instead (but stay clear of the other failed experiments of Liberal multiculturalism: Montréal and Vancouver).
