A deportation order for an alleged Calgary gangster has been stayed.Canada... where apparently... there is no such thing as a bad boy.
A Federal Court justice ruled late Saturday to grant an emergency stay for convicted cocaine trafficker Jackie Tran. Mr. Tran, 26, has been fighting deportation to Vietnam since his drug conviction in 2004.
Justice officials allege Tran is a member of a violent Calgary gang, but he denies it.

Turn him loose and put the word out on the street that he's a stoolie. I'd give him about a week before he begs to be deported, unless he's not breathing by then.
Who is paying his legal fees.
Simply wow.....How many times have we tried to deport this scum in Calgary, it seems like every other week their's a sun headline about Tran....

I was wondering about low life like Tran last week when the blind lady was sent back to Poland.She was in Canada illegally...so I know it had to be done...but come on!Get the creeps out too!
