Too bad they can't heal...
...any of those pesky dead people...
Two convicted murderers who walked away from a Manitoba native healing lodge earlier this week are back in custody*
Bernard and Stonechild were both serving indeterminate sentences for second-degree murder — Bernard for a 1983 killing in Edmonton, Stonechild for a 2001 Edmonton killing.
The reserve where they were recaptured is about 200 kilometres from the healing lodge they left.

I guess the program worked so well for them that they felt they were "cured" and so why over-stay? Punishment for murder you say? Not for Natives, we can heal that stuff with sweetgrass in no time flat...
The 'justice' system could care less about the people killed, they're dead, their rights don't matter anymore. Disgusting.

"prairie dog... they felt they were 'cured'"
see. it's really quite simple... these poor fellows must have been infected with the evil white man's "systemic racism" disease that made them sick and not responsible for their actions.
if these guys have decided the "healing lodge" has worked its magical ways... who are we to argue?
