On July 1st, the McGuinty government capped the food budget increase for seniors in long-term care at 12 cents, bringing their daily food allotment up to $5.46 from $5.34 a day. That's less than half the $11.43 inmates in Ontario correctional facilities get.Let me get this straight... Paul Bernardo gets better chow than Grandma.
