Why Professor Zinfandel don't play poker

Oh, good grief... right off the hop, they hand me this steaming, smelly lump... I mean, seriously... what else could possibly go wrong?

RELATED: Who are these supporters...

...you speak of?

A week into the party's campaign, Layton is being peppered with questions from reporters about whether or not he can draw a decent-sized crowd.

"Oh come on," Layton told reporters. "Pardon me for disagreeing with you. We filled a good-sized room with very enthusiastic people."
Oh, alright... it's true... the Ignatieff Coalition does have some rabid supporters...

you conveniently skipped over the part where the majority of Canadians would rather a coalition than Stephen Harper getting a majority.

You know things aren't going well either when even the Toronto Sun is lambasting you too.

Ouch.

oh, skinny... read slower...

"When asked who they trust most with managing the economy, 47 per cent of respondents said they trust the Conservatives, compared to 23 per cent for each the Liberals and the NDP, and seven per cent for the Bloc."

"Harper was also the front-runner when Canadians (39 per cent) were asked who they trust to provide an open, responsible and ethical government."

Here's an observation about those polls, pay attention to the undecided number. As days progress that number drops, and as it does the conservative numbers rise at the same rate.
Sounds like the undecided voter is finding where to place its vote
When the undecided hits a significant point of no return and the conservative numbers are still over 40% you can expect the liberals will do something drastic, like promising to eliminate the NWSC.
