More GTA Madness

Remember when you were a kid and gangs would kidnap people off the street in broad daylight?

Yeah... me neither.
For the second time in a week, a Crown witness has been targeted in the GTA. The latest incident occurred Monday morning and allegedly involved the terrifying abduction of a man outside an Oshawa courthouse, the Sun has learned.

"He was scheduled to testify in provincial court for the Crown in a preliminary hearing," Durham police Sgt. Nancy van Rooy said yesterday of the most recent victim, believed to have been kidnapped and held against his will until the following day.

The man, whose name and age haven't been released, arrived at 850 King St. E. shortly before 9 a.m. He was walking through the parking lot on his way into the courthouse when he was accosted by three or four men who forced him into a Dodge Caravan and then drove off.
