I know, right? Could she get any more ridiculous?

The media couldn't get any more ridiculous and pathetic than they already are so they'll try to keep on appealing to a few kool-aid drinkers with stories like this in a Canadian national newspaper.

Palin kicked ass and took names after she was elected governor. Republicans, Democrats, the oil companies and everyone else - after four years of the Clintonistas being in charge of Washington - she may have to go there and bring real change to the place. Whats-His-name ain't gonna do it.

"david says... I know, right?"

well, david... a one line post like this is a bit of an ink-blot test... it's always interesting to see how folks respond. you, for example, have decided to go with sarcasm... always a winner.

i'm a little confused here though. aren't you being just a little partisan in this instance?

i'm guessing you must be a very committed vegetarian, david... 'cos you do know that turkeys don't grow on trees, right? like all the rest of the meat most people DO eat... somebody has to kill and process it... and only a fool would pretend otherwise.

apparently you're also just fine with the ridiculous palin/slaughter imagery... but strangely silent on the anti-black prop 8 stuff in california. that seems a little skewed... perhaps even hypocritical.

hey, i've got a question... if governor palin's warmonger son gets killed in iraq... you gonna have a big party?

i guess i shouldn't be surprised... your other comment here is a screed about ezra being a homophobe.

i did click on your blogger profile to further explore your thinking... but, surprise... it isn't hooked up to a blog. i'd hate to think you were just using it as a device to leave drive-by trolls on conservative blogs.

but hey... come again... always nice to hear a... well... dissenting opinion.

And once again Palin makes turkeys out of the MSM and of course David

Actually one of the best comments I have seen about this, is that if the lefties don't like it "they should imagine her standing in front of an abortion clinic"

Actually, I eat meat, I've hunted many times in my past, and I grew up on a farm where we slaughtered close to 100 chickens every year. We didn't have the fancy buckets to hold them while they bled out, though. We just cut their necks and hung them upside down beside our woodshed, before they went to the de-feathering machine. I just don't happen to think it's very wise politics to insist that you have that process in the background.

You obviously don't know anything about me, if you would make this assumption.

What? Just so you know, I'm in the reserves, as was my father. His father and all of his brothers were in the war, and they didn't all come home. Not that my personal views on the military or the use of force have anything to do with Palin's obvious stupidity.

You clearly didn't understand what I wrote. I said Ezra's challenge to the CHRC wasn't a legitimate test of his hypothesis that they discriminate against Christians, since he could plausibly deny that he actually was spreading hate, since he didn't write the words himself, he just cut and pasted them. So I was ACTUALLY saying that Ezra WASN'T a homophobe, and that's why his test doesn't prove anything. I then challenged him to write something homophobic if he actually wanted to run a real test. Nowhere did I say he was a homophobe, I just called his bluff. If he does actually hate gays, then he'll have no problem writing it, right? After all, it would be his real beliefs AND it would challenge the CHRC. But he won't for two reasons: I don't suspect he agrees with the Reverend, and I doubt he actually has the balls to challenge the CHRC and really stick his neck out. He prefers calculated but meaningless actions where he is not actually in danger.

Uhhh, that's because I use my Google mail account. You don't have to have a blog. But you already knew that.

then your point about palin and the infamous youtube video is what? i mean, the daily show already did the whole "screaming turkey" thing.

the fact is, she's a huge target in the predominently left-leaning media swamp... and some of this nonsense is just beyond the pale.

and it's true, david... it's your first appearance here at "the halls"... and i don't really know you at all. being a military man... perhaps you can appreciate the importance of a tactical probe.

if you care to point me to your blog, website or facebook page... i'll do my best to remedy that.

one last thing... do you actually think joe biden is a step up from palin?

just askin'.
