Say, Mikey... you can't sell this thing...

...to your own people... that might just be a sign...

Knowing the issue would be divisive, Liberals had candidly admitted they were “skating” last week as they debated what to do.

“Ultimately, my argument lost out,” said Mr. Dosanjh. “I still detest the tax. My constituents detest it.” He said he was not alone among B.C. MPs in wanting to oppose the HST.

When asked if the five B.C. Liberal MPs were unanimous in wanting to oppose the HST, he said: “I believe so.”

Now one has to wonder if good old Ujjal is asking himself, "hey Mikey, why do Newfoundland Liberal MPs get a pass and the B.C. ones don't?" :D

Perhaps Ujjal is sowing the seeds for a run at the boss's job. He was absolutely hopeless in his brief stint as premier of BC so he would make a great leader of the Liberals. By the way, as premier, he was all for any tax he could think of. He was an NDPer then though.

They're not against the "Tax"!

How could a Liberal and NDPeer ever be against a tax!

What they are against is the "Tax Tax".

Thats code for "we don't want wear this thing in public"
