Now, now Michael...

...you've learned an important lesson here... be careful what you wish for...

"He's going to cancel two breaks, one in March and one in April to make up for most of the time that was taken off because of this prorogation," Fife said.

"The opposition are pretty mad that they're cancelling these breaks, they say the prime minister is retaliating against them because they made so much political hay over him shutting down Parliament."
D'oh.

HA! PM Harper has them by the short curly ones again and they are squealing. They look like juveniles caught skipping school.

They ARE the juveniles caught by their short curly ones but honest to Gawd, why are the idiots that support them so dastardly?
When you read the comments you wonder WTH has happened to this country?
Are they all really, pajama clad males/females stuck in their parents basements or is this what we are facing as a Canadian ingrained mentality? I am afraid for my children's future, reading that garbage.

Well, it is a minority government. The Libdippers can force an election any time they want. I guess its easier to sit on the sidelines and whine.

It must be nice to be able to arrange your work/holiday schedule around the kids' breaks. For the majority of parents, it's a scramble to find alternate childcare arrangements, either because they can't afford to do anything (winter breaks are expensive in necessary clothing and gear if you stay home, or in travel costs if you fly south), or they can't get the time off because half the office is in the same position.

iggy & jacko were just screaming about the conservative's outrageous decision to short-change canadian taxpayers with prorogation... i would think now they'd be joyously celebrating that the prime minister decided to heed their calls.

gonna be a lot of pinko pols cancelling vacation jaunts down to sunny cuba, i suspect.

sorry comrades... you'll have to take that up with mickey ignatieff.

and yes... deleted, yet again.

you just have to wonder what libby would do with himself if he didn't have the blogging tories.

oh yeah... he'd just have to be satisfied with being an errand boy for this despicable excuse for a human being.
