The first thing we do...

...is hang all the lawyers...

The case goes before the Federal Court of Canada next week and if Mr. Saini is successful, the CBSA could be ordered to "un-deport" him -- to bring him back to Canada.

The appeal is based on a 2007 case involving a schizophrenic Jamaican with an extensive criminal record. The CBSA deported him but was forced to fly him back to Canada after a judge ruled that federal officials had inadvertently misled him.

Last fall, the CBSA was similarly forced to return a former Toronto gang member to Toronto three years after he had been deported to Sri Lanka.
Good grief.

Of course, there is good news.

The Indian government isn't going to give this guy up in a hurry.

He's not a Canadian citizen and still has an Indian passport.

India knows what to do with thugs like this.

In some situations(like this one) hanging is too good for them.

The biggest threat to our security is the Canadian court/parole system.
Can the Darwin award be awarded to a whole society?

Ever notice how its always the honest hard working families who get their refugee status denied (after 10 years) who always get screwed?

If I were the official in charge of "importation orders" that guys file would be immediately filed in the round filing cabinet under "open in 2080 AD".

Just noticed this: "In January, the Law Society of Upper Canada ruled him ineligible to practice law because he was not of good character."

If a bunch of lawyers, the slime on the slime on the bottom of the pond, won't even take him then what does that make him ...

"langmann says... the honest hard working families"

as a physician, you'll be interested in this one... local paper had a bit about a doctor from england (married to a county woman) who was still having immigration issues after 7 years.

he's here... but he's got ongoing problems with his paperwork.

too bad he didn't have a hijacking or two in his c.v.

Not suprised.

They probably spent lots of time investigating the doctor.
