A relative of the two shot men said the pair were cousins and that family members of the victims were told about 5:30 a.m. that one of the shooting victims, who is believed to be about 28 years old, died of his wounds.Apparently Belleville's goin' "gangsta."
"They were just kids out having fun, it was March break and all that — St. Patty's Day," said the cousin.

UPDATE: Shooter identified
21 year old Myles Hughes has been arrested and charged with the murder of Roy Mays and attempted murder for his part in the Victoria Avenue shooting early this morning.
