What does the President of the Canadian Medical Association have to say...

I'd love to tell him about the 7 hour wait I had in the local ER with a sick fevered child.

This is the most ridicules statement I have seen. Yes an very small number of dogs get hip replacements if their owners can afford it the vast majority just suffer or get a bullet in the head. Interesting health system you are advocating…..
