Beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia...

...where festive candles aren't the only things that get blown away...
VANCOUVER — Deputy Chief Warren Lemcke said “no innocent people” were struck by bullets during the early Sunday morning shooting.

UPDATE: Payback... it's a bitch
Vancouver police Chief Jim Chu said Monday this explosion of violence may have been triggered by several factors, but “started” with Gurmit Dhak.

Dhak, a 32-year-old longtime gangster, was executed point-blank just before 6 p.m. at Burnaby’s busy Metrotown mall on Oct. 16.
