I got about halfway through and started thinking...this seems a little off.

So I googled the columnist Tim Craig and lo and behold it seems to be the same Tim Craig who had a bit part in Sacha Baron Cohen's "Borat" movie.
Something to do with pride and fist shaped neoprene products.
