it's a newspaper, Neo, not a crime novel, so I doubt they'll be changing their terminology anytime soon...
people should have to take a drug test to recieve welfare,ui, and such....many hardworking folks do why shouldnt they?

how about we just create the baffin island rehabilitation facility... where junkies, or any like-minded souls for that matter, can be flown at government expense ro receive a daily dose of their drug of choice?
the only rule is that, to go back home, you have to have 6 months of absolutely clean testing under your belt.

sorry, folks... we had a medical emergency here at the halls.
my 86 y/o father-in-law, g-dad, (who now lives with us), took a sudden turn for the worse last saturday night... and we had to call in the paramedics.
i think we may get him back tomorrow.
i imagine i'll get back into the swing of things very shortly.
