I smell a set up here. A complete set up carefully crafted to box in the gov't and produce a Lose-Lose situation for Mr. Harper no matter what he does.

Interesting that the timing could not be better for the libs eh?
It has the odour of a master strategist and certainly not Dion or the usual rabble we see daily.
I am not one for conspiracy theories but the smell from this thing is too obvious. It's a set-up.

well... if it's a setup, it may have some unintended consequences... the article also refers to a number of liberal mp's... who don't seem too thrilled with this move.
