Police reported Saturday that 25-year-old Cordio Williams has been charged with first degree murder in the violent act, which occurred on July 17th and was Toronto's 31st homicide of 2008.Alas... if only we'd listened to Mayor Miller and hired a few more social workers.
It was the 16th death by gunfire.
