Resistance is futile...

The best CTV push-poll yet...

The question here isn't, "Do you believe in Global Warming", because, of course... only an idiot doesn't get it... but, "When did you become convinced global warming is caused by human activity?"

I'm amazed they actually included a fourth option at the bottom, for those of us who don't blindly buy into the premise simply because Dr. Did Little named his dog Y2Kyoto.

I'd have to guess crusty, old Craig Oliver, dreamin' about one last shot at the Senate, is the left-leaning Gumbybot who thought up this oinker... well, either him, or the real Gumby.

Despite the obvious bias and implicit scorn for anyone who won't bite... 34% of participants registered "their ignorant disbelief."

I became convinced by years of blatantly one-sided MSM propaganda and scare tactics. I also fear the ostracism and ad hominem attacks that would befall me if I ever dared to question Global Warming. But it's not all negative! I also get off on the overwhelming sense of smugness and self-righteousness because I CARE about our mother earth. And finally, it's so much easier just to go along with the herd.

When will CTV/Globe & Liberal Party members think for themselves?...

Sometimes I wonder what life would be like in this country if there was no conservatives around to police these freaks! (real conservative)

i know a very personable, intelligent middle-aged family man who runs a million plus dollar a year business... who is absolutely convinced, that bush and cheney conspired to bring down the world trade center.

Hey I don't care who or what is causing global warming (if it is actually happening over the long term) ... I live in Canada and intend to simply enjoy the warmer weather.

I will also reserve judgment on this issue until the end of this century.

Being a skeptic who likes to think for myself, I need to see it to believe it.

*Tongue in cheek*:

-The warmer Canada gets the more successful it will become in curbing it's ghg emissions.

-How much energy will we have to use to build all those windmills and solar panels and retrofit/replace current power suppliers and other emitters?...Is that why PM Harper said it's going to take a long time?

-Here we are worrying about what 2000 Whiarton Willies said might happen in the next 1000 years when in about 20 years our already shaky healthcare system will be in shambles because of our aging population...Thank you lefties for the current free ride on our PM!...Continue worrying about nothing. Your MSM is doing a fine job!

And for about a third, it's as long as they can remember. This is rather telling about the mindset of the rabid adherents of this crusade. They're prepared to tailor their memories for the moment...

the only thing I'm convinced of is that those who truly believe the fearmongering likely have a finger in a piggybank somewhere, hoping against hope that more suckers are born every minute and believe everything they read without proof.

Clearly the left has nothing else to do but drive the socialist agenda.

Want to read something funny? Read Dion's article in the National Post. I'm sure hoping the Post allows Steve a rebuttal next week.
