the fact is, canada's dwindling birthrate means that our children & grandchildren will be assuming more of a load to pay our cpp & medical expenses than we did for our parents.

by going with, say... the fiberal/dipper model allowing unrestricted family reunification, rather than going with younger, educated immigrants who will contribute (rather than simply drain) to the system we will bankrupt the country that much sooner.

think i'm exaggerating?
