I note that Lord Black has come out in favour of keeping these kinds of criminals out of prison because it doesn't benefit society. As much as I respect Lord Black one has to wonder whether he is simply trying to curry favour with his new found friends.if he doesn't want them in prison maybe he can consider putting them up at his place with his wife or kids.

Josiah Peters, 25, of Toronto, is wanted for:
1) four counts of Threatening Death
2) Forcible Confinement
3) two counts of Assault with Weapon
4) Threatening Bodily Harm
5) three counts of Criminal Harassment
6) Assault
7) nine counts of Fail to Comply Recognizance
8) five counts Fail to Comply Probation
