He's alluding to the fact that any criticism of the Israeli government is shouted down with charges of anti-Semitism.
Not a lot different from crying treason about anyone who disagrees with the CPC agenda. Or simply calling someone "Taliban Jack".
It seems only Jews actually living in Israel are allowed to criticize the Israeli government. And even then, they are often derided as "self hating" or traitorous.
It isn't just the Iranian leader who is crazy and hoping to hasten the Apocalypse/return of the Mahdi. Lots of Christian fundamentalists egg Israel on, hoping to hasten Armageddon and their own Rapture.
Without this, you would see cooler heads prevail and Israel would be able to make peace with its neighbours.

Try again, Anon, I have been blogging on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict for the last 4 years and I am deeply critical of the last two Israeli administrations.
I have been accused of many things but anti-Semitism is not one of them – although, I have grown increasingly weary of listening to those on the left charge no criticism of Israel is allowed without charges of being an anti-Semite being laid at the critic’s door.
I would suggest perhaps it is long past the time for the left to grow introspective and examine the basis of their criticism. For example, a clear line needs to be drawn between the various political administrations and the Israeli people, furthermore, it would certainly be refreshing to hear the same standard applied to the Palestinian Authority as is routinely applied to the Israeli state – you could start by critiquing the Palestinian Authority’s use of secret trials, summary executions, public executions, and the innate corruption and blatant racism of the PA’s legal system or the incitement which is regularly broadcast on the PA’s official television and radio stations.
Furthermore, it is rather a trifle preposterous to suggest Israel is unable to make peace with its neighbors due to the outside influence of the evangelical Christians…now that’s chutzpah.
The Christian community, inside or outside, Israel holds absolutely no sway over either the Israeli people or the Israeli political system but I will grant you Islamic fundamentalists play a distinct role in the Palestinian inability to successful conclude a peace deal with Israel.
