Can you counter sue Warman for defamation and intimidation by his filing of nuisance lawsuits which unlawfully use the taxpayer's resources against it's own citizens. His lawsuits are FREE!!! Paid for by you and me. He should be counter sued outside of his safety net of the HRC...don't you think.
We will win and Warman will lose- regardless of the outcome.

I agree HOM you will win, the transcripts from the HRC tells a tale that is ripe with unethical behavior and unacceptable standard of operating precedures (or lack of them apparently) for the HRCs employees. Warman being their star complainant is part of what I deem broken in the system. It's his deeds and actions that we have discussed, he may think he's untouchable but he opened himself up to the "Court of Public" opinion when he started his Maximum Disruptus Campaign. It's his actions that have been hauled into Conservatives blogs and the evidence is over whelming that he's apparenlty an asshole with no ethics and that his behavior was sanctioned by the HRC big wigs.
I consider his mass libel to be a direct attempt to silence anyone who wishes to discuss his behavior and that of the HRCs employees. It's to late to silence the right, we've had enough of these apparent socialist pigs. He might have the left cowering but I'll be damned if he'll silence your supporters like moi.

Warman has lost, and the hrc's will be dismantled, after a lengthy public inquiry into their inner workings.
There is not a sane person in Canada who is going to take the chance of giving the hrc's a thimble full of power.

This fellow in the HRC, Richard Warman, sounds like a totally wonderful human being who doesn’t have a huge chip on his shoulder or one evil bone in his whole fair-minded body.
