Natives already get a break when it comes to sentencing. Google the Gladue Decision. Judges are required by the Supreme Court to take into account whether or not the accused is aboriginal or not. On the sunject of incarceration, bring back chain gangs and work camps. I'll take a dozen guys in orange jumpsuits working for me.
