Former Liberal to serve 12 months in community instead of 15 months behind bars, appeal court rules.Apparently... there's no such thing as a bad boy in Canuckistan any more.
The Quebec Court of Appeal announced on Wednesday that it was reducing the sentence handed down last year against Benoît Corbeil, the former director-general of the Quebec wing of the Liberal Party of Canada.

I attended a couple of the hearings of the Gomery commission in Montreal. Can't remember if this was the guy who said he lost all the possibly incriminating documents because there was a flood in his basement.
Anyway it was entertaining in a macabre way but they were all a bunch of crooks and liars who have cost us dearly.
