Sounds good to me. I would only point out that throughout the 90s when the Liberals were bragging about Canada being #1....it was discovered that they had to go to the fourth decimal place, so that #1 and #10 were virtually identical.
But I do think I see the new Tory ads being written now...
It's a United Nation ranking, amusing, but would anybody put money on it? They have their reasons for blowing sunshine and can't be trusted.
