-- CALGARY -- In yet another twist in the ongoing deportation case of Jackie Tran, on Wednesday afternoon an immigration division member ordered the release of the alleged gang member from custody to live in the community under conditions.Yeah, you knuckle draggin' neocons... it's all just this "alleged stuff"... it's not like... wait a minute...
A removal order was issued for Tran in 2004 after he was convicted on two counts of trafficking cocaine. He also has a conviction for assault with a weapon.But despite all that... the IRB decides to release this thug back onto the streets.
Man, oh man... just another reason to vote in a Harper majority government.

People wonder why Innocent bystanders won't identify these thugs when they witness crimes. Stands to reason they would want to clean up their neighborhood doesn't it?
Seems they figured it out loooong before Joe public did, the wacko judges are just going to release these guys back into the community they just finished terrorizing.

the legal system seems to be a lot like a hotdog factory... the more you know about it... the less you're inclined to actually wanna take a bite.

It is another reason but people are entrenched.
The judge doesn't live anywhere near this guy's victims, so he doesn't care...
they need to relocate these offenders nito the communities which the paroll hearing staff live in if they're released or better yet do away with half way houses and let them live with the parole commity
or the same rock Paul Martin and Stephan Dion are living under these days
