The state government took over policing duties in the town of San Martin Texmelucan after the town government lost control and could no longer guarantee the safety of residents.
State Interior Secretary Diodoro Carrasco cited multiple instances in which bagged, bound or dismembered bodies had been left on the town's streets.

York Regional Police charged Bouh Abdilleh, 22, and Lamar Hamilton, 27, both of Toronto, with first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder in the death of a 23-year-old man from Vaughan.Of course, over at the CBC... it's all a big mystery.
Police are looking for a third suspect, 24-year-old Muhumad Idow of Toronto. He is described as black, 6-foot-7 with a thin build.
