Nope, no mistrial. Third witness now testifying.
Lesson learned... Kinsella makes prediction, smart money goes the other way.Here's today's bombshell. Apparently even after choking event, the witness not only went on another date with Ghomeshi, but had "sexual contact" (which I interpret to mean, in the parlance, she "slept") with him... but did not inform cops or Crown of this fact until last Friday after Marie Henein ripped into Lucy Decoutere.
Now, I'm no lawyer like Lowly Warren, but if some guy I knew punched me in the face... and I had a beer with him the next day... does that invalidate the prior assault? I don't think so.**********
