Less Powerpoint... more hollow-point

Looks like, yet again... we're dealing with the not-so-invisible hand of the market...

“What I can say is that in the organized crime division, for several months, there have been several multidisciplinary teams on the ground in different locations.”
Sure thing, Clouseau... how's that working out for you? Better than for the Rizzuto gang, I guess.

And despite CTV's efforts to pump up the story... the fact is... this is simply the end of a savage thug.

The real story here is obviously what's going to happen as a result of the inevitable power vacuum caused by the decapitation of a crime family. Shakeups in underworld power structures usually mean a round or two of violence as various sub-bosses make their bid for territory and influence.

hmmm... ol' nicolo takes a slug... just like, er... family friends frederico del peschioa and agostino cuntrera and grandson nick.

son-in-law paolo renda has just flat-out disappeared & apparently sleeps with the fishes.

dan... maybe i've just watched "the godfather" too many times... i'm gonna go out on a limb here and say the game is already afoot.

good thing the coppers have all those "multidisciplinary teams" on top of the situation.
