Liberal MP Bob Rae says his decision to greet deputy leader Michael Ignatieff with a kiss upon his entrance into the House of Commons on Monday was not symbolic of where his loyalties will lie.Well... at least he didn't start belting out show tunes.
Rae said his affectionate greeting to Ignatieff was just that, and there was no deeper message intended.
"That was quite spontaneous," Rae told CTV's Canada AM on Monday.
Mrs. Neo... with her uncanny ability to add a little insight to any conversation... points out, this is also exactly how Judas dimed out Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane.
The world is changing, I guess... but this is almost as weird... as a guy calling himself Lulu.
