Sorry to the weary folks in Toronto. Is this the work of the trust-fund anarchists or does Ontario have Crip and Blood franchises these days? Random gunfire in urban areas is quite common down this way.

Who will Miller blame this on now that he has shut down all the gun clubs and anathematized all the responsible gun owners? Perhaps he can blame it on some western farmer and his shotgun since this is what progressives do when their restrictive policies fail...find a scapegoat.
