McSlippery street theatre company...

...springs into supporting role... apparently the sky IS falling...
Of course, the good news is, this time around, Dalton crosses his heart and hopes to die.

Let's review: Manufacturing sector drowning due to high taxes and mismanagement of Hydro so McSquinty embarks on a futile crusade to ban hand guns.

Export markets disappearing so McSquinty passes a law to make it okay to say "I'm sorry".

Waiting lines and C Difficle no problem as long as we pay for sex changes.

Yours to discover indeed.

Corect me if I'm wrong but, are not the Ontario Teachers demanding 3% a year for 4 years?? And, isnt November the drop dead date for those negotiations? I'm wondering if Dalton is going to be the Education Premier or Ontario's Premier when that little decision has to be made? Hey...maybe he'll call this an Education Premiem until the courts force him to say it's actually a tax!! And another thing while I'm on a rant...Mr McGuinty has blamed this on the Conservatives and Harper for some time now...so why bother with a meeting?? Honestly Dalton...you should be better than that. billg

well, bill... that's the beauty of not really giving a crap about whether or not you keep your word.

dalton just says whatever is most expedient at the moment, you know... like the "no tax hikes" thing... then does whatever he wants.

the sheeple here in ontario have pretty short memories.

nice job if you can get it.

Good thing he's on this now. Too bad its a year too late. I seem to remember a reasonable Federal Finance Minister warning Ontario that it needed to do more for industry at least a year ago.

Of course this meddling Finance Minister was portrayed as stupid and ignorant. He didn't "get it".

Hopefully now McGuinty's circle rub a tug of ivory tower economists will save us all. Of course they might recommend things like lowering taxes, a real energy policy etc. In which case McGuinty better make sure that there are sufficient socialists around to bleet the horns of the leeches of our tax dollars. I don't want to say who they are other than to say its those who want corporate subsidies, and hand outs for the fashioning of giant bananas.

Why do things for industry when you're busy making mom&pop variety stores cover up their smokes?

It's not like its widely known that smoking causes cancer.
