CBC outs RCMP death squad...

...in sunny British Columbia...

Surrey RCMP were called to the scene and arrested Wagemans. He went into medical distress and was taken to Surrey Memorial Hospital. He was listed in critical condition and died at 1:25 p.m. Tuesday.

It is the second time in two weeks that a person has died after being arrested by Surrey RCMP.
So, wow... the Surrey cops are killing people every week? And this poor guy just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time?

Well, not quite.

The good folks at Mother Corp. forgot to mention one little thing...
Wagemans, of Langley, B.C., had a criminal history involving altercations with police officers.

Court records from July 2006 show he was charged with obstructing a peace officer and assaulting a police officer. He was also found guilty of two counts of assaulting an officer in September 2007.
The CBC... "All the news they think you need."

Again, should we be surprised about this?

perhaps not, my friend... but somehow, the sheer audacity just never fails to amaze me.

I live in this area, and just as an aside, if I was ever seriously injured or in medical distress I would DEMAND they take me across the bridge to Royal Columbian...Surrey Memorial is a POS hospital!

I have many friends who are serving members in the various detachments in Surrey. They are not bloodthirsty, jack boot thugs. Although parts of Surrey are extremely crime ridden and these men and women have a tough job, I have seen and heard of nothing but professionalism on their part.

The big problem in my opinion is the lack of real deterrent to those doing the crimes. It is the same bunch of faces again and again. It must be frustrating to arrest these shitrats only to have them back on the street before the officer is finished his paperwork.

This entire country needs a firm bitch slap to the right.
