You can be forgiven if you’re unfamiliar with the term “economic development adder.” It means subsidy. The government didn’t want to admit it was paying $437 million to sweeten the deal and make it worth Samsung’s while, so it chose a term no one would recognize.

In Ontario, it seems after the last conservative debacle, people here will vote for anything but, a provincial conservative government.
