Speaking of Canadian values

A new theory of causality... brought to you by... but of course... the CBC...

Mohamed Huque, executive director of the Islamic Family and Social Services Association said the suspect's immigration status is not relevant to the crime, and journalists had a duty to keep those details out of their coverage. Media reports must take into account the everyday discriminations newcomers to Canada often face.
That's the first time I've ever heard someone try to rationalise multiple sexual assaults on teenage girls... in a very public venue, no less.

The very heart of the issue here is "cultural relativity." Mohamed and your national broadcaster would like to sweep that under the rug.

RELATED: Call me wacky, but...

...didn't he commit his last murder because he went off his meds?
WINNIPEG - A man who was found not criminally responsible for beheading and cannibalizing a fellow passenger on a Greyhound bus has been granted his freedom. Manitoba's Criminal Code Review Board has given Will Baker, formerly known as Vince Li, an absolute discharge, meaning he is no longer subject to monitoring.

Baker, a diagnosed schizophrenic, killed Tim McLean, a young carnival worker who was a complete stranger to Baker, in 2008.
Oh Canada.

To tell you the truth Neo, I can't recall a similar multiple assault by anyone.
His status and ethnicity are relevant he is one of Juth-tin's picks and he needs his nose rubbed in this steaming pile of crap.
As for the "everyday discriminations" that the executive director is complaining of after these people were provided with housing, clothing, medical treatment, travel etc.
All this at the expense of the Canadian taxpayer.
That we expect them to act in a civilized manner should not be a burden.
I might add that my wife and I have worked a total of 50 years apiece and the so called refugees get something like 3 times what we receive in OAP we pay our own medical and I hear Juth-tin plans on taxing us on that as well.
I am 68 and still working and am I ever getting pissed off.
We do have an identity as Canadians Juth-tin you will find out all about it at election time.

Tell Mr Huque that - if he wishes to pursue that particular line of reasoning - then he has to produce evidence of similar crimes committed here in Canada by non-refugees, Muslim or otherwise. If he can't then the perp's status and religion become relevant really fast.

Extraordinary how Huque tries to shift the victim hood away from 6 young girls onto the head of their abuser. Warnings of this very scenario were dismissed by our betters who claimed the refugees were mostly family class, securely vetted and not wild male youths. For example, remember Louise Arbour laughing outright as Mark Steyn made this point about the European experience, during their debate. Canadians might well ask what the hell a 30 something male with 6 children is doing lurking around a swimming pool.
Huque doesn't think such questions are relevant, but most of us would beg to differ.

"martin says... shift the victim hood away from 6 young girls"

in syria, it would be the girls who got punished... perhaps punished to death... see 'honour killing'.

On reflection Neo, I don't see that the "executive director" expressing any sympathy for the assault victims, just the accused.
Will he be asked if their are any plans for preventing this type of behavior by people whom have been offered sanctuary and opportunity in this Country?
It is in my opinion extremely relevant as crimes of this nature have been reported by Rebel news across this country.
Why do CBC and CTV chose not to report relevant details?
I do not watch them I get my news from Rebel.
France is in such a state that 50% of the people living there want to leave, that is relevant no?

In a sane and much more just Canada this pedophile would be deported. UnCanadain behavior deserves an unCanadian location to accommodate it.
