C'mon folks, what's the big deal?

It's not like she can't slam out plenty more...

-- PRINCE ALBERT, Sask. -- A Saskatchewan woman who gave birth in a Wal-Mart washroom and left the newborn in a toilet has been found not guilty of abandoning the baby.

She said the baby boy was blue and not moving, so she assumed he was dead and left the store.

SAD REALITY UPDATE:
"Mr. Charlette said that Ms. Halkett may seek medical help in the near future, as she is currently three or four months pregnant -- once again, she did not know right away that she was expecting."

FROM THE COMMMENTS:
"You left one out."

"Not only is she pregnant again, she also has one more child (which she apparently didn't abandon in a supermarket toilet) and she intends to fight for the abandoned child."

Not only is she pregnant again, she also has one more child (which she apparently didn't abandon in a supermarket toilet).... and she intends to fight for the abandoned child..

Just imagine when that child grows up and finds out the story of his birth.

Three pregnancies in two years - she obviously failed sex-ed in school.
According to reports, she didn't think she was pregnant because the three home-pregnancy tests she took all came back negative. If you take the test three times, you must have symptoms of pregnancy - it didn't occur to her make an appointment with a doctor to find out what those symptoms meant?

i blame horrible, racist non-aboriginal society for this one.

and anyway... indiscriminately sleeping around without using birth control is protected under the constitution, right?
