A Toronto man, Raheem Moseley, 20, is charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of Cardinal Licorish, 23, in Scarborough two years ago is headed to a preliminary hearing next week at the Sudbury Courthouse.
Moseley is also facing firearms-related charges laid last year in the Espanola area.
