When officers arrived, 27-year-old Ricardo Munoz, who reportedly stabbed four people in a fight on March 5, 2019, was waiting for them with a knife. Munoz charged the recording officer with his weapon.Just spitballin' here, but I'm guessing it wasn't the cops.
