A 31-year-old man at the helm of a dramatic police pursuit on Highway 400 this morning allegedly shot his own brother before embarking on a spree of violent carjackings. The suspect approached two sisters sitting in a silver Honda Civic, still on Norfinch Drive. The driver was shot as she sat in the vehicle. When Toronto police officers arrived on the street, the suspect opened fire while fleeing in the wounded woman’s vehicle.Or, as it's known in the hood... Wednesday.
